Terms and conditions

Payment :

In order to book a cheese tasting or any other activity you desire simply contact us .
Our team will answer to all your questions online.
We ask you for a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the services requested.
This deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance due should be paid one month prior to your arrival date to Domaine de La Pommeraie.

Cancellation Policy :

The cancellation must be done by written an e-mail or WhatsApp to our booking department.
If your cancellation is made :
More than a month prior to your day arrival to Domaine De La Pommeraie there is only 20% fee on the amount received.
One month prior to your arrival date 50% of the amount received as a fee.
Less than 15 days prior to your arrival date no refund.
